Additionally, the presentation will cover the various tax implications pertinent thereto, including an overview of the estate tax, gift tax, and generation skipping tax. For business planning purposes, the presentation will cover basic asset protection planning, which will include an overview of the various types of business entities, and charging order protection. Moreover, the presentation will cover some business succession options as well as the basics of corporate governance and compliance.
